How to choose your F One SUP Downwind DW boards?

The three most important characteristics to look are, the volume, width and length of the board.

You should also consider the wind and swells conditions where you will ride.

To pick the right volume for your board, you simply have to add a certain number of liters to your weight depending on your level:

Beginner: You will need to add at least a volume of 40L above your weight. (ex: 70kg = 110L)
Intermediate: You should have a volume of around 30L above your weight. (ex: 70kg = 100L)
Advanced/Experts: You already have the skills to choose your prefered smaller volume (ex: 70kg = 90L)

For the width it’s the same logic, but even simpler:
Beginners / intermediate: 20-22.5”
Advanced: 17-20”
Experts: 16-17.5”

This model is available in bamboo or carbon construction.

It is a this board is for the more experienced riders who want to focus more on the downwind discipline.

It’s well suited for riders that already have a good balance but will provide you an incredible speed to take off anywhere without trouble.

A narrower width will provide quicker accelerations and responsiveness.

It’s a great choice for downwinderd who like riding on smaller and faster foils.

A board designed for expert downwinders and only available in carbon construction.

It is a range designed for pure downwind.
