We extruded Masts profiles with precision from 6063 aluminium block.
The shape of its section benefits from years of experience in foiling to provide you the best gliding feel while keeping the strength up and the weight down.
All masts comes with two stainless steel helicoil inserts at the bottom and at the top to fasten the connecting parts and is therefore fully modular.
The aluminium mast can be used on every foil of the range and it is very easy to jump from one length to another. A number of parts are available for board connection (Plate, KF, Deep KF, Tuttle).
Titan Mast Foot
The TITAN mast foot is the connecting part that makes all the aluminium masts compatible with all Carbon Planes.
It is made of 6061 aluminium, CNC machined with high precision and fully anodized.
To install the TITAN mast foot, it should be inserted into the bottom end of the aluminium mast and fastened with two M6x25mm tapered head screws.
The Mast Top Parts enables to connect the F-ONE aluminium masts to all boards featuring a twin track system (the lateral spacing between the tracks must be 90mm), a Tuttle, KF or DKF top.
The F-ONE aluminum mast can be connected to the board with several options.
Choose from a 4-bolt top plate, a standard Tuttle head, a KF or a DKF head.
All versions are fastened to the mast through a sleeve and a two-bolt system.
The Mast Top parts are machined out of solid blocks of 6061 aluminum.
The accuracy of the CNC makes sure the geometry of the connection is perfect.
Stainless steel inserts are used systematically to preserve the durability of the fastening connections.
The Top Plate has become standard on the market.
It is compatible with any board featuring a Twin-Tracks system.
Spacing we use for the four screws is 160×90 mm.
Our latest version also features an option for 165×90 mm.
Top Tuttle makes F-ONE foils compatible with all Tuttle boards.
The Tuttle format is the original and standard one.

This aluminium alloy boasts some very good mechanical properties for our foils.
It can be processed in many different ways while also offering a natural resistance to corrosion.
Produced from an extrusion process, our aluminium profiles make the most of this homogeneous material.
They provide you perfect stiffness both in torsion and bending.
All areas in contact with other metals or carbon parts are duly isolated against galvanic reactions.
Machining blocks of aluminium 6061 guarantees the maximum accuracy and preserves the mechanical properties of this higher grade of aluminium.
We fully anodized all parts and stainless steel inserts are fitted with isolating gel when fastening is required.
